A: Currently, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q5: How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Q6: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will email your tracking number and the carrier’s tracking link.

Q7: My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
A: Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact support@clothzminded.shop.


4. Returns & Refunds

Q8: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Manufacturer Direct items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q9: How do I return or exchange a product?
